Role Summary:

To perform line clearance, in-process, checking of Filling & Packaging product and execute all required action for packaging as SOP in GMP environment from semi-product/ filling and packaging stage up to material reconciliation and supervision of working team

Responsibilities:

• Assists in line clearance of the Department.
• Assists in process checks in the absence of other lines supervisor.
• Assists in the delivery of finished goods to warehouse.
• Assists Department document review.
• Assists with GMP and discipline maintaining on the area.
• Performs in line clearance of the lines responsible for.
• Performs in process checks in lines responsible for.
• Perform another task as instructed by Sr. supervisor.
• Perform area document review.
• Perform end lines and product reconciliation on time.
• Perform trainee for her team or any employee work on the line.
• Supervise the operations of filling and packaging products from A to Z by following all SOP related to the process.
• Supervise the team quality & quantity, way of work, displacing & punctuality.
• Effective communication with the team, solving their workrelated problems and motivating them.
• All SOP related to filling and packaging procedure.
• All SOP related to GMP.
• All SOP related to general department/ Company roles.
• Arrange unused returnable materials
• Arrange extra materials need to complete the process.
• Check date in all logbooks related to filling and packaging areas.
• Strictly observes the working hours in the area with minimum observation.
• Maintains GMP and discipline on the line.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in PharmD, Pharmaceuticals since.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Must be able to communicate in English language.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork skill.
• Very good in multitask, flexibility in challenges and handling pressure.
