Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition and Preparation:

  • Collect and extract data from various internal and external sources, including ERP systems, sales reports, customer feedback, market research, and industry databases.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and document data acquisition and preparation processes for consistent data pipelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify key trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
  • Develop and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Create adhoc reports and analyses to support business needs and decisionmaking processes.

Modeling and Machine Learning:

  • Develop and evaluate predictive models to forecast sales, optimize marketing campaigns, identify potential risks, and improve other business functions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effectively communicate data findings and recommendations to a diverse audience in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data infrastructure and tools are optimized for efficient data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Python, R, SQL,
    Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for a nontechnical audience.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in
    English and Arabic is required.
