Nestlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Dammam Industrial Area)
***You will be responsible for quality control microbiology testing of product materials and purified water as well as performing environmental monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and document inhouse microbiological testing on raw materials, semifinish and finish product according to the established standard operating procedures and approved protocols.
- Prepare necessary standards, solutions, reagents, media, and samples for sample analysis.
- Accurately record observations and perform data reviews and release inspection lot in the material management system.
- Operates and maintains laboratory instruments, while ensuring the reliability of instrumentation through proper maintenance, with ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Must participate and lead continuous improvement using lean principles to assist with streamlining and making the laboratory efficient.
- Adhere to the Nestle SHE always rules and procedures during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or Food Sciences or related field
- Computer Literate
- Excellent English communication skills
