Job Description:

AlYamama is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Client Support Representative to join our team on a parttime basis working remotely from Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This entrylevel position requires at least one year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist clients with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services.
  6. Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on client interactions.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  3. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Cooperation and negotiation skills.
  6. Driven and resilient personality traits.
