Wedding Planner
We are seeking an experienced and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to managing vendors and overseeing the execution of the event. This is a full-time position that requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Develop detailed plans and proposals for each event, including budget estimates
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding day, including venue setup and timeline
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Oversee the execution of the event on the day-of to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day-of
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must have own visa or valid work permit in Saudi Arabia
