Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed accurately in employee records.
  2. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  3. Process employee separations by collecting exit paperwork and facilitating exit interviews as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records in the HR database.
  5. Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  6. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  7. Prepare HR-related reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
  8. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  9. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining HR files.
  10. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
