  • Assesses customers' met and unmet needs, andrecommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and thecompany.
  • Secures from customer technical staff commitmentsneeded to ensure a deal's "technical close."
  • Meets assignedtargets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, marketareas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Establish proficiencyin the products or services of the assigned discipline, and to learnhow these are included in total solutions
  • Assists inCommunicating new developments or announcements in the discipline /specialty to client relationship teams, Business Partners and tocustomers within the assigned territory.
  • Participates onteams of other related professionals to identify Network solutions tomeet customer requirements.
  • Understands the mission of thedepartment in which assigned, and how the activities of salesspecialists contribute to its success.
  • Implements definedsales activities in the discipline for the assigned territory oropportunity.
  • Share a weekly pipeline of the projects andleads generated to the team leader.
  • Generate Business leadsby doing customer visits, or by the relation with vendors.
  • Close the leads working on in order to convert it to revenue with theagreed GP on his/her quota.
  • Engage the team leader in caseof any support needed to Generate the leads or in lead closure.
  • Keep team leader informed on progress of assigned tasks.Identifies and reports critical situations related to services andproducts.
  • Understand and adhere to the company BusinessPolicies, Procedures, and QMS requirements.
  • Perform otherrelated functions assigned by the management.

Requirement must have:

  • Good experience and knowledgein Networking Presale .
  • Excellent communication skills andexcllent customer base.
  • Multitask candidate and can workunder a pressure environment.
  • Builds productiverelationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keepingcolleagues updated on activities.
  • Perform technicaldevelopment for bespoke solutions as part of a design and developmentframework
