Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for the overall administration and operations regarding overall beverages and will report to the Head Mixologist.
He/she will maximize profits, further refine beverage and service quality standards, maintain high staff performance, and ensure great customer satisfaction.
As a Bartender, we rely on you to,Upon guest arrival, immediately greets/welcomes guests to the outlet if hostess unavailable
Leads guest to the appropriate table if hostess unavailable
Takes guests' orders, making suggestions when required.
Ensures personal knowledge of menu items by attending product knowledge sessions and reviewing product updates, including, if possible, the manner of preparation for each menu item.
Communicates with kitchen staff on guest orders; personally, picks up orders from kitchen when ready for serving.Prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the day's operation.
Sets up the bar for daily operations, according to authorized procedures.
What we are Looking For:
2 years working experience as a waiter
Fluent spoken English
Good attitude, pleasant and easy to speak to.
