BAT KSA IS OFFERING AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER

POSITION LEVEL: G34

DEPARTMENT: HR

LOCATION: Jeddah

ROLE AND OBJECTIVES

The position involves providing daily guidance to line managers on various HR matters including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and company policies.

Reporting to: HRBP KSA

Geographical Responsibility: Saudi Arabia

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with upper management to assess current HR needs.
  • Design and implement training programs for all employees, including managers.
  • Set staffing and retention goals to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with Technology L&D to enhance research pipeline management and learning opportunities.
  • Monitor talent management processes for enhancements and recommend improvements.
  • Integrate with the business team and handle employment matters.
  • Assist HR and recruitment teams in achieving management goals.
  • Improve relationships between leadership and employees.
  • Supervise HR budget and allocate funds when needed.
  • Work with recruitment professionals to identify roles for company growth.
  • Participate in screening and interviewing processes.
  • Develop HR policies in line with organizational goals and labor regulations.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Engage with department heads and MEC LT.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Up to 5 years of HR experience
  • Saudi National
  • Relevant degree in HR, Business, Education, MBA, Management, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Understanding of talent acquisition
  • Business acumen and cultural awareness
  • Change management and relationship-building skills
  • Coaching and data-driven approach
