(Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Looking for Valet Parker for a 5 star luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As Valet Parker, your role will be to provide professional service to all the guests and VIP clients, ensuring their visit will become a memorable experience, you will act as a hotel "ambassador" at all times

Responsibilities:

  • Memorize number plate numbers of our VIP guests and facial recognition of our frequent guests to ensure they have personal and exclusive service.
  • Working with the Driveway supervisor, Doorman, Bell Captain, and Bellmen to ensure that luggage is handled carefully, accurately, and quickly.
  • Stand in front of the hotel main entrance, obtain keys from drivers, and help with any items or luggage.
  • Ensure when the car owner returns, valets run to retrieve the car and help them get in their car.
  • Be fully aware that we do not have car washing service in the hotel.
  • Crosscheck luggage inside vehicles for departure.
  • Ensure all valet equipment (including poles, and valet tags) and other supplies are working properly and stocked.
  • Frequently communicates with guests and staff.
  • Manage parking area (poles, traffic lights, and people) ensuring they are all set and clean.
  • Give and receive valet tickets from guests.
  • Responsible to keep the ashtray on the main entrance clean with the hotel logo stamp.
  • Safety and securely control guests' vehicle keys
  • Ensure the car key cabinet is always locked and the guest's car key secured.
  • Registers all cars in hotel parking and ensures the safety and security of the vehicle
  • Conduct safety checks on parked vehicles
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the front of the hotel and all hotel parking slots.
  • Is fully aware of Fire and Evacuation procedures
  • Monitor all cars in & out of the Hotel and register in the logbook for future references
  • Conduct a daily check on the club car to make sure it is well maintained and ready for guest use.
  • Maintained the Golf Car, always to be charged and clean, ready for guest use.
