Purpose:


To maintain and control all course control documents and test materials associated with the RSAF Field Training Center, AWACS courses.

Advises instructor personnel in writing documents, and reviews course control documents for format and applicability to training requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and reviews all course control documents developed/revised by technical instructors as per RSAF directives.
  • Maintains and controls test materials to include norm referenced tests and criterion referenced tests.
  • Reviews all course control documents on a scheduled basis for content and format and updates as required.
  • Performs a quality control program on all courses maintained by the FTC.
  • Prepares and documents various reports and plans necessary for the operation of the FTC.
  • Assists in the documentation and upkeep of FTC trainers, PMEL and supply/equipment accounts.

Qualifications


Requires a minimum of three years experience in curriculum development, of which one year must be at the seven level.

Excellent communications skills, and a high school degree or equivalent.
