Our client is amultinational company specialized in the manufacturing of sanitary andbathroom ware. Their headquarters in the middle east is in Dubai, UAE.Currently, they are looking for a Specification Engineer to join theirteam in KSA, preferably a Saudi national.

PositionOverview:

The Specification Engineer/Specialist is apivotal role within the Commercial Middle East & Gulf department,responsible for orchestrating strategic initiatives to enhance the CRMplatform's vitality in alignment with the commercial strategy. Thisrole entails fostering collaborative dynamics with Sales Operations,executing tactical approaches in specifications, CRM, and Key AccountManagement (KAM) platforms, and maximizing project tenderingvisibility. A critical aspect of this role involves navigating thecultural nuances and market dynamics of KSA for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan andexecute seminars and educational sessions across various sectors suchas hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and governmentbuildings.

Monitor project potential and tendering volume tocapitalize on opportunities effectively.

Expand network withkey pre-sales stakeholders including architects, designers, planners,developers, consultant engineers, project managers, and governmentinfluencers.

Establish and maintain global and key accountplatforms, with a focus on hospitality, healthcare, retail, andgovernment segments.

Develop and update educationalcurriculum for architects, developers, and consultants.

-Foster relationships with major architectural and planning firms tostay informed about new projects and enhance tendering capabilities.

Innovate and propose new approaches to potential accounts toincrease penetration in specifications and KAM accounts.

-Maintain a high level of focus on CRM data management, segmented bymarket and large accounts.

Cultivate high-level relationshipswith key consultants, designers, planners, architects, and developersacross KSA.

Organize local training, seminars, andconferences to transfer knowledge to architects, designers, andconsultants.

Achieve annual budget and targets to drivecontinuous market share growth across product categories andpre-sales/sales channels.

Represent the companyprofessionally and ethically at all times, serving as a brandambassador in the territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

Saudifemale preferred, with a background in interior design/specifications.

Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Highly motivated by results with a natural inclinationtowards pre-sales.

Proficiency in CRM programs, BIMapplications, and KAM processes.

Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a competitive environment.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

3 to 5 years of experience in projectsspecifications and business development within the buildingmaterials/construction industry in the KSA market.
