  • Review Contractor's method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to client requirements.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and investigations for nonconforming product and other quality
- related issues.

  • Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections.
  • Assist in determining and monitoring quality metrics/KPIs for Reporting.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for inspection requests, nonconformances, site observations, audit findings and quality personnel deployment to identify any backlogs, trends etc.
  • Assist with collection and maintenance of quality records, information, and other qualityrelated data.
  • Review and comment upon contractors' daily inspection records for activities covered and investigate any anomalies/queries.
  • Provide necessary disposition approvals to noncompliance reports where applicable.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector
  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • Experience in working on major Civil/Building/Mechanical/Electrical Installations within Infrastructure projects.
