The head of working capital is a senior management role, responsible for the strategic leadership, direction and operational performance and people leadership for the group.

They will be the key player in the ME driving improvement of our working capital and take a hands on approach to all aspects of the role.


Job description:

  • Provide leadership and support on cash collection and working capital management.
  • Drive and manage the delivery of working capital management from inception to completion within set deadlines across the business including contributing to invoicing and cash collection budgets, forecasts and targets.
  • Support the consolidation and submission of project final accounts.
  • Responsible for administration activities including maintenance of the debt diary and all information related to cash and in respect to contracts.
  • Responsible for the provision of management information in respect to cash collection in conjunction with other members of the commercial and financial team.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments.
  • Maintain relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with bank and internal stakeholders regarding loans and facilities in support of the KSA CFO.
  • Working with the Regional Commercial Director on providing correct insurances and any other project set up requirements.
