Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reimbursements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records
  • Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment is a plus
