As a Legal Intern, your daily workload might include:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Doing sensitive administrative work on a daily basis, and effectively communicating the company/department objectives as required by the management.
  • Continuously maintain and keep the legal database up to date, effectively and efficiently using cases and contracts management tools.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings and subpoenas, organizing and filing important legal documents such as agreements and lawsuit papers, as well as proficiently performing typing and data entry
  • Serve as the company representative in courts or any governmental entities.
  • Prepare forms, support letters, and other documents accurately according to information received from the management.
  • Assisting with other legal duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with a strong emphasis on drafting skills.
  • Ability to review and summarize legal documents & research legal issues.
  • Demonstrated passion for IT laws and regulations, along with a willingness to acquire knowledge in the legal aspects concerning the Tech industry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Reliability, teamwork, and professionalism towards coworkers.
