As a Fixed Asset Expert at InnovationTeam, you will play a crucial role in managing the fixed assets of our organization.

You will be responsible for recording, tracking, and managing fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation calculations, and maintaining proper documentation.

Additionally, you will assist in the development of fixed asset policies and procedures, conduct asset audits, and provide support for financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate for this role has a deep understanding of fixed asset accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

You should be proficient in using accounting software and have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Asset Management IRUs Management Asset Valuation Depreciation Calculation Capital Expenditure Analysis Asset Retirement and Disposal Asset Additions Supporting Physical Count Asset Impairment Assessment Training and Support IFRS 16 Classification of capex and Opex Mange assets register and system related matter.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset management Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices Proficiency in using accounting software and tools Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis Experience in conducting asset audits and maintaining documentation
