As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for Quality Control activities and maintaining quality system's requirements along with product quality & process improvements for manufacturing of valves and valve accessories.


Your mainly activities will be:

  • To be responsible for quality control activities, system and development
  • To cover various inspections throughout the whole manufacturing process: Incoming inprocess
  • Outgoing inspections and reporting
  • Carry out customer inspections and participate to the planning of these activities
  • Participate in customer delivery meetings
  • Carry out and participate planning of special testing
  • Implement Procedures and Quality management system tools
  • Buildup, improve and maintain Quality metrics
  • Data analysis, corrective and preventive action planning from Quality reports, Customer feedback and other statistics
  • Maintain root cause analysis process and request corrective action planning from responsible departments
  • To prepare documentation for various processes, check cards, inspection report templates etc.
  • Provide Quality training
What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Engineering Degree with 2 year minimum experience
  • Must be a proactive, assertive and confident individual.
  • Thorough understanding and experience of Quality Control activities, including dimensional inspection, Nondestructive and destructive inspection disciplines and relevant documentation
  • A high level of IT skills
  • ERP system, Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Systematic, independent and creative thinking
  • Must be teamplayer
  • Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
  • Availability to travel, as per requirement.
  • Must have an exposure to a plant environment.
  • Knowledge of various quality tools like 5 x why, Pokayoke, 8D, CAPA etc.
