On behalf of one of our clients, we looking for a Boutique Administration Assistant

Job Summary


We are looking for a confident and reliable Boutique Administration Assistant to support our Boutique manager with the daily business operations.

The Assistant Store Manager's responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment, and assisting customers.

You should also be able to promptly address and resolve customer complaints and any staff issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer queries & complaints.
  • Liaise with Head Office directly for finance, customer service, online orders and purchasing.
  • Ensure any admin duties such as daily/weekly reporting to Head Office is completed on time and accurately.
  • Support the coordination all slower shop activities, such as opening / closing procedures, the purchase, selection, preparation and delivery of flowers/ products ensuring all arrangements/products are up to Bliss standard & quality.
  • Use designated software to issue quotation receipts, inventory, client lists, online sales, flower ordering and POS.
  • Process online orders through the backend system, whilst coordinating florists to prepare arrangements and drivers to deliver.
  • Additional duties as required.
