As the Deputy Supply Chain Delivery Director, reporting to the Supply Chain Delivery Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing supply chain bid, operational, and project activities, ensuring smooth interactions between SMSCMC, customers, and suppliers.

Effective development, leadership, and implementation of a supply chain program strategy enabling the business to:

• Support cross-functional IPT for supply chain activities across multiple locations (Dhahran and UK)
• Maximize shareholder value and financial performance across a portfolio

• Ensure safe and sustainable operations at all locations with a strong emphasis on safety culture
• Align with company strategy and objectives to meet customer and financial targets
• Contribute to Saudisation targets as per contract requirements
• Implement policies, procedures, and measurement criteria for consistent project delivery
• Support SMSCMC's supply chain strategy
• Foster strong leadership and collaboration across stakeholder groups
• Adopt a 'one team' approach for collective enterprise output
• Manage Lifecycle Management requirements and project management baseline effectively
• Coordinate input and integration of supporting functions for adequate project resourcing
• Facilitate effective communication of supply chain activities across the business and stakeholder network
• Represent the Company in Ministry of Defence matters when necessary

• Strategic thinker comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management in defence and/or commercial sectors
• In-depth understanding of Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces operations in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience in planning and executing large complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to adapt and manage people effectively in varied organizational settings
