Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer (MEA), this role will have accountability for driving B2B marketing plans in KSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contributes to the development and execution of KSA marketing plans to achieve business goals.

Responsible for the overall marketing calendar and budget for KSA market.

Partner with marketing functions leads to develop detailed marketing plans in line with the regional marketing strategies.

Works closely with regional marketing specialists to deploy marketing and communications projects.

Oversees and approves the creative development of marketing collateral, promotional material, content, and other marketing-related projects

Lead the execution of marketing and brand campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal expertise and driving collaboration.

Build strategic relationships and partner with vendors and agencies to implement and deliver marketing projects

Planning and execution of events including partner and press events

  • Coordinate event planning, logistics and post event follow up and analysis
Identify and assess sponsorship opportunities followed by developing and executing on-ground sponsorship activation plans.

Work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide the marketing support required to deliver objectives.

Prepare reports and metrics for measuring program and event success and identifying opportunities.

Present plans and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, insurance experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language is a must.

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
