Mid Art Director

FUNCTION:

• Develop and execute innovative work across ATL/BT/Social and Digital.
• Understand the client's strategy and business context, and always aim to do work that performs.
• Working closely with multi-discipline team members to generate concepts to fulfil the client's brief.
• Work collaboratively with planning and client service department under the direction of the CD/ECD.
• On a daily basis report and update the status of jobs and issues to the CD/ECD.
• Craft creative presentation decks.
• Presentation of concepts internally and to clients.
• Build strong collaborative relationship with the team, partners and clients.
• Timeous execution of work against scheduled deadlines by the traffic manager.
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
• Casting actors for TV, Content, Radio, and listening to voice and video auditions.
• Creating and briefing production documents to the relevant production departments.
• Contribute to proactivity and innovative thinking on brands within the portfolio.
• Attend reviews and guide copy.

Qualifications

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

• Talented, motivated and conceptual art director.
• Min 4 years+ agency experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Firm grasp of executing for channel with a special focus on social platforms IG, YT, FB & X.
• Being able to execute clear, persuasive, original, highly creative and imaginative visuals.
• An eye for detail and excellence.
