Key Responsibilities in the Project:

  • Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify gaps in existing Health & Safety systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Safety Culture Survey: Design and administer surveys to evaluate the organization's safety culture, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Create, review, and refine Health & Safety policies to align with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Procedure Formulation: Develop precise procedural guidelines, ensuring the seamless execution of safety protocols.
  • Guidelines Creation: Establish comprehensive guidelines for safe practices, ensuring organizationalwide awareness of safety protocols.
  • Employee Handbook: Craft an accessible handbook detailing safety measures, emergency procedures, and contact information.
  • Training & Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the new system, conducting training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement mechanisms to monitor and continuously enhance the Health & Safety management system.

Languages:
