WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an organized accounting officer to manage the financial bookkeeping of our business.

The responsibilities of an accounting officer include analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.


To be successful as an accounting officer, you should have a degree in Accounting, knowledge of accounting competencies, and administration skills.

Ultimately, a high-quality Accounting Officer should be able to successfully contribute to the organization's financial efficiency, while maintaining records of expenditure and profits accurately.


Job Specification:

Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting
-
Certification/ Professional degree is preferable.

  • Experience in KSA Market is preferable.
  • Academic Background in Accounting (IFRS & Cost Accounting preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Accounting principles & Accounting Software knowledge

Job Duties / Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and reviewing financial transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
  • Preparing budgets regularly.
  • Monitoring expenditure and sales and providing reports.
  • Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
  • Managing business accounts and preparing internal financial statements.
  • Recording & filling sales cash, credit card, online etc. transactions.
  • Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/R, A/P and Journal Entries
  • Preparation of various MIS reports along with Reporting & Analyzing skills
  • Reconciliation of accountings records and reporting

  • Al Khobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
