Corporate Finance Manager for one of Leading
Investment Advisory Firm based in Riyadh, KSA.

Applicants with
strong & stable experience with similar kind of Industry or with Real Estate Firm would be added advantage.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

  • Develop and oversee the financial planning process.
  • Prepare and analyze financial budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with various departments to create and manage the annual budget.
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances, identifying areas for improvement or costsaving opportunities.
  • Update forecasts based on changes in business conditions.

Capital Budgeting:

  • Evaluate and recommend capital investment projects.
  • Assess the financial viability and potential return on investment of capital expenditures.
  • Work with various departments to prioritize and plan capital projects.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Communicate financial results and trends to senior management.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and uncertainties.
  • Implement risk management policies and procedures.

Cash Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company's cash flow.
  • Oversee working capital and liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Implement strategies to improve cash efficiency.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

  • Participate in due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Support the integration of acquired companies into the existing financial structure.

Treasury Management:

  • Manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Optimize the company's capital structure and financing arrangements.
  • Oversee debt and equity issuances, as well as dividend policies.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Analyze various financial scenarios to assess potential outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.


A Corporate Finance Manager must have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization.

The role requires staying updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and financial regulations.

Salary:
