About this opportunity

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Application development and In-House Change Requests.
  • Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure timely and accurate execution of test plans.
  • Manage acceptance with customer for the prepare handover
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, testers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect metrics and test coverage.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Handle test Metrics/SLA Tracking

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
  • Customer oriented, enthusiastic, and cando attitude, team player and always willing to improve soft and technical skills.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
