The employee in this job shall play a key role in managing client relationships, developing strategic social media campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to achieve exceptional results and contribute to the growth of the Company.


Responsibilities:

1- Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations

2- Strategic Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative campaign concepts, content ideas, and engagement tactics

3- Project Execution and Management:

  • Oversee the endtoend execution of social media campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure seamless project workflows and successful implementation

4- Content Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and curate engaging social media content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to the client's brand guidelines
  • Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, design, and video production, to deliver highquality assets

5- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify insights and areas for optimization

6- Channels/platforms:

  • Keeping on top of the latest trends and developments across all social media platforms while making sure content development is tailored to the specific audiences and particularities of the channel

Required skills:
1- Work experience

  • 2+ years of account management or business development experience, preferable in the advertising industry
2- Academic qualifications

  • BS degree in Marketing or equivalent, from a renowned university
3- Technical/Computer skills

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
4- Interpersonal and other skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadline, and to be detailoriented

Location and traveling:

  • The basic work location is in Riyadh
  • This position might require travelling

Ability to Commute:

  • Riyadh (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Riyadh: Relocate before starting work (required)
