About the role
We are hiring a Senior Waste Management Consultant in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be working with a busy environmental consultancy team across our various sectors. Our work is highly varied providing services including policy development, environmental due diligence, permitting, and environmental management.

We are looking for a lead to deliver and develop existing advisory services to current and prospective clients in the region.

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, below:

  • Delivery of technical advisory services in waste management solutions development, procurement, and operations
  • Provide a local interface with the wider waste management expertise within the Group;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders;
  • Commercial management of projects;
  • Development of new business leads and sales opportunities; and
  • Development of new service streams and products for the regional waste market.
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant environmental degree; engineering disciplines are also welcome
  • Minimum 8 years' experience preferably as an environmental/waste management consultant;
  • Competent in the assessment of development and/or investment risks associated with technical/technological; commercial (including contractual); and or financial aspects of project development or investment;
  • Recent experience with, or knowledge of the Middle East waste and environmental management market;
  • Responsibility to clients for the delivery of advisory or professional services in a project manager or assistant project manager capacity;
  • Knowledge of waste technologies and legislative environment;
  • Competent in delivery of full Due Diligence assessments and market reports;
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of technical staff and/or partner companies;
  • Ability to network across market and develop new client opportunities and relationships; proven business development/sales skills;
