Bilingual Personal Assistant/Companion/Valet (fluent Arabic and English speaker essential.)

Essential Requirements:
Previous private household experience, Fluent in Arabic and English.


We are seeking a dynamic and culturally fluent individual, to fill the role of Bilingual (Arabic and English) Personal Assistant for a young gentleman based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide companionship, personal assistance, hospitality, and wardrobe management to our client, who is highly educated, deeply interested in current affairs, and values diversity.


  • Provide guidance, support to the principal in various aspects of their personal and professional development.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the principals daily life runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate and oversee hospitality arrangements for the principal.
  • Accompany the principal to engagements, social events, and outings as needed, providing companionship and assistance as required.
  • Act as a bilingual liaison between the client and others, facilitating communication in both Arabic and English as necessary.
  • Engage in discussions with the client on a wide range of current affairs topics, staying informed and providing valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Care of his wardrobe/Valet duties and possibly assisting with clothes purchases, shoes etc.
Private Household or hospitality background preferred.


An educated, articulate person with genuine interest in current affairs along with a keen interest in global issues, highly organised with excellent time management skills along with discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Educated to Degree level and perhaps a person with interests in Communication/Psychology.


This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, there may be travel required to other global residences and possibly on-board family Motor Yacht on occasion.
