Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and efficient Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to take on a new challenge and grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall functioning of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement effective warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but would be considered an asset.
- Must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or be willing to relocate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
