Job Summary: Boostiny is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the E-commerce marketing space, deep knowledge of the KSA market. Proficiency in both Arabic and English. With over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with advertisers in the region. You'd be pro at solution selling / consultative selling. Your extensive rolodex of contacts on the advertiser side will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

● Drive sales growth by acquiring new advertisers and fostering long-term relationships.
● Leverage your expertise in the affiliate/digital marketing space to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
● Utilize your rolodex of contacts to identify new business opportunities and expand the advertiser base.

2. Pre-sales Support:

● Collaborate with our onboarding team to provide pre-sales support for onboarding new clients.
● Assist in preparing proposals, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients.
● Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to facilitate successful client acquisitions, using consultative selling approaches.

3. Market Expertise:

● Stay updated on the latest trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the regional affiliate marketing landscape.
● Use your knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and targeting potential clients.

4. Relationship Building:

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, acting as the primary point of contact.
● Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
● Foster trust and loyalty through excellent customer service and ongoing support.

5. Account Management:

● Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes.
● Monitor and track client performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.
● Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

6. Industry Networking:

● Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand your professional network.
● Stay connected with industry influencers and thought leaders to gain insights and explore partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

● Over 5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry, with a focus on client sales and business development.
● Strong knowledge of the KSA market and the affiliate/digital marketing landscape.
● Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets.
● Extensive rolodex of contacts on the advertiser side, with a solid network of industry professionals.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such personal data cannot be used to identify a certain User. Thus, such data is not considered personal data.

The consent of the data subject

The User consents to the processing of its personal data with the purpose of Controller's handling recruiting. The User consents that personal data is collected through the Service, when Users;
make an application through the Service, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and when they use the Service to connect to Controller's recruitment department, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The User also consents to the Controller collecting publically available information about the User and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
The User consents to the personal data being collected in accordance with the above a) and b) will be processed according to the below sections Storage and transfer and How long the personal data will be processed.
The User has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, by contacting Controller using the contact details listed under 9. Using this right may however, mean that the User can not apply for a specific job or otherwise use the Service.
