Collecting and analyzing information to assist in the proper development and production of management and financial reports.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receives assignments orevaluates information leads to develop report ideas.
  • Gathers and verifies data toprescribed report style and format standards using the Decision Support System.
  • Assists in yearend andarchive/purge processing.
  • Provides user support andtraining for new users of Decision Support System. Maintains control andchanges user access as instructed.
  • Support management onfinancial evaluation of various projects, initiatives, and departmentalperformance. Responsible for the collation of historic data in a manner thatwill facilitate cost centre managers to understand past performance estimaterequirements for the future.
  • Provides basic assistance toend users in accessing, developing, and organizing information from relevantdatabases. Prepare Financial Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators onperiodic basis. Update website content and format for Budgeting & FinancialReporting department.
  • Maintains suitable filingsystem for all reference documents in the area of responsibility.
  • Reconcile records,databases, and reports and verify the accuracy of data.
  • Assists in the development ofthe Financial Reporting Operation Manual and on the update of the Section'spolicies and procedures.
  • Participates in Self &Hospital Quality Improvement plan preferred.

Education:

Master'sor Bachelor's Degree in Accounting ,or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required:

Grade09:

One(1) year of related experience with Master's, or three (3) years withBachelor's Degree is required.

Grade10:


Three (3) years of relatedexperience with Master's, or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

SaudiNational is preferred.
