Job Description Facility and Assessment Project Manager – Major Building Projects

Essential Candidate Requirements:
This role requires the candidate to have a broad technical and business background. They will work with other key stakeholders to develop budgets, schedules and other elements of the project.

The candidate must have experience in managing facility condition assessment assignments of multiple facility types using condition assessment software.

The candidate must also have:

• A Bachelors degree from a Western University

• At least 12-15 years postgraduate experience

• Would prefer to be chartered

Job Skills The Role:
To ensure on schedule completion within budget of medium to large scale facility assessment and asset management projects. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of client objectives and contract terms.

You will oversee the establishment of the health and safety plan, project execution plan and quality assurance/quality control plan. You will also plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.

Individual Personal Attributes:
You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English.

You will be a talented individual who wants to be part of a world leading Blue Chip international consultancy working on high profile projects.
