Job Description

A Loss Prevention Agent plays a crucial role in safeguarding against theft and minimizing losses in various retail settings. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring security cameras and overseeing customer and staff activities
  • Investigating suspicious incidents and detaining alleged shoplifters
  • Conducting meticulous inventory checks to detect potential theft
  • Formulating and executing effective loss prevention strategies
  • Providing training to staff on preventive measures
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor security cameras to supervise premises
  • Investigate and handle suspicious behavior
  • Perform thorough inventory audits to prevent losses
  • Establish and enforce loss prevention protocols
  • Educate employees on best practices for loss prevention
  • Collaborate with law enforcement to address theft incidents
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in loss prevention
Additional Information

Prior experience is valued

Previous familiarity with Opera or similar systems is beneficial

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
