About the role


The main role of the Senior Sales Representative as an experienced professional in outside sales is to participate in various outside sales activities and customer relationship management.

You will be responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience e.g., retail channel experience
  • Customer focus oriented
  • Good initiative and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally
  • Proficiency in English
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Fluent in written and verbal communications skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge about the market

Responsibilities
As a
Senior Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting market data about competition performance in retail channel
  • Monitor & report competitors' movements in the market (market inelegance)
  • Discuss sales contracts to reaches agreement with customers
  • Accounts management for retail business
  • Generating inquiries through market visits to retailers
  • Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest products, prices, catalogues and commercial information from Carrier wherever applicable
  • Forecast's sales and booking for the month
  • Follows up the quotation status with the customers
  • Prepare monthly demand FCST for retail channel
  • Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, Bookings, and collection
  • Follow up the delivery process with logistics
  • Ensure proper invoicing is being issued accurately and on time for efficient collection
  • Follow up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department
