Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.


Proven track record of success in SAP software sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar sales management role.


Deep understanding of SAP solutions and services, with expertise in at least one SAP product suite (e.g., SAP Commerce/Hybris, S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP SuccessFactors).

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.

Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a competitive market environment.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud) and other sales productivity tools.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
