The employee in this job shall bring creative concepts to life through visual storytelling and artistic representation.

The Illustrator collaborates closely with the creative team, designers, and marketing professionals to deliver visually captivating illustrations that enhance the company's brand messages, marketing campaigns, and event aesthetics.


Responsibilities:

1- Illustration Creation:

  • Create original illustrations that align with the company's brand identity and convey desired messages for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, event collateral, brochures, posters, and more
  • Transform concepts and ideas into engaging and visually appealing artwork

2- Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with the creative team, designers, and marketing managers to understand project objectives, requirements, and target audiences
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute artistic ideas and concepts for campaigns and events

3- Visual Storytelling:

  • Develop visual narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas, event themes, and marketing messages through illustrations

4- Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure that illustrations maintain the company's brand consistency and adhere to established visual guidelines

5- Medium Variety:

  • Utilize a range of artistic techniques and styles to create illustrations suitable for different mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and more

6- Customization:

  • Tailor illustrations to suit different platforms and formats while retaining their visual impact

7- Client Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the illustration process

8- Creative Development:

  • Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual appeal of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and event materials

9- Timely Delivery:

  • Manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering highquality work on schedule

Required Skills:

1- Work experience

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in the advertising industry
2- Academic qualifications

  • BA degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or equivalent, from a renowned university
3- Technical/Computer skills

  • Proficiency in digital illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate) and traditional illustration techniques
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually captivating illustrations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate ideas
4- Interpersonal and other skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadline, and to be detailoriented
