We are looking for a 'rising star' to complement our talented team of Project Advisory experts. Our Capital Projects Advisory team helps organisations deliver some of the world's largest, most complex, and high-profile capital projects.

We're at the heart of our client's most important issues, bringing the knowledge and insight they need to be successful, right across the project lifecycle.

Working across a range of infrastructure and construction sectors, our talented team combines deep industry experience with practical know how, bringing bright ideas.

The team is part of our wider Global Construction Disputes & Advisory business, which consist of over 200 highly experienced capital project specialists, located all over the world.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for bright and ambitious individuals. We're a small team that is growing quickly and you'll play an integral part of that growth. You'll work as part of a team, delivering client engagements with considerable contact with our clients.

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will have post graduate work experience, and your role will include:

  • Developing strategies to help clients deliver their projects successfully and transform performance.
  • Helping clients understand how their projects are performing and helping them intervene when things go wrong.
  • Working alongside our clients, providing them with strategic advice and insight
  • Participating in the development of our business and supporting in the preparation of bids and proposals
  • Supporting the operational management and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • Engineering, quantity surveying or construction/major projects background
  • Recently gained or working toward professional qualifications
  • Be passionate about infrastructure and major projects.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Be highly motivated, selfstarting, curious and have a hunger to learn and develop yourself
  • Be selfaware, enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with others
  • Have experience in one or more of the following areas: business case and feasibility, procurement, project setup, contracts and commercial management, project controls, monitoring and reporting, governance, assurance, turnaround, disputes
  • Have solid analytical, investigative and problemsolving skills, and be proficient in data analysis techniques and technology (e.g. Excel, PowerBI).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is essential.
