Your Responsibilities:

• Supervises the installation process, ensuring the necessary measures to fulfill the installation targets.
• Manage the installation workload in accordance with company procedures.
• Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations assembly.
• Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with safety and quality standards.
• Implement Global installation methods.
• Resource planning and skill planning.
• Ensure preparation of the site and availability of tools and documentation.
• Interface with SAIS Inspector(s) to make sure installations comply to Schindler's safety requirements prior to customer handover.
• Ensure workforce has all relevant safety training and safety procedures are implemented in the field, with support of the Employee Safety [KG] lead.

Your Background:

Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge product, field, safety procedures knowledge, IT skills and leadership skills is a plus

Desired experience in installations and leading teams in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least two years.
