Our Programme Advisory team focusses on orchestrating complex strategy, set-up and transformations for public and private sector clients enabling the successful delivery of major and giga programmes in-kingdom.


Our continued success is driving the expansion of our Strategy & Transformation KSA team (role family, part of Programme Advisory) in Riyadh and we are seeking to recruit talented individuals, who feel their experience and capabilities will enable successful strategy, set-up and transformations of major programmes and asset owning enterprises.

Job Description:


As an Associate Director you will get the opportunity to work across several high-profile infrastructure, real estate or natural resources projects, for both private and public clients (Middle East - KSA), managing and driving the team to successfully deliver business transformation and Programme Integration advisory services covering design and optimisation of integrated project/programme life-cycles, governance, benefits and value management frameworks, set-up and integration of project/programme management functions, management of business case, programme objectives and benefits, performance management and assurance - programme and supply chain, management of stakeholder relationships and comms internally and externally.

As part of our Programme Integration Advisory team, you will be expected to contribute across several areas, including:

  • Manage the assessment of each client environment and their current challenges and support in utilising our structured approach to discover, deliver and implement a solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve the desired benefits and outcomes;
  • Manage and develop project teams or workstreams as part of larger business transformation projects and delivering results through others;
  • Manage monthly budgeting/forecasting exercises for business transformation programmes and projects.
  • Manage the development, implementation and optimisation of the Programme Integration services and associated frameworks, functional setup and optimisation related strategies;
  • Manage the definition and writeup of reports to support findings and recommendations across various stages of client engagements;
  • Manage the delivery of workshops in a mix of virtual and facetoface environments with Sr. (Csuite) client repr
