Key Responsibilities:

Production Support: Provide first-level support and troubleshooting assistance for the Axiom Controller View 10 platform to ensure uninterrupted operations for our client.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests promptly, ensuring mínimal downtime and disruption.

System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including upgrades, patches, and system configurations, to keep the Axiom Controller View 10 environment optimized.

Good to have:

Experience:
Previous experience in production support or a related role within the financial industry is preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, databases, and reporting tools is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
