Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret hydrological data and estimate water resource needs.
Ability to design and evaluate water management and flood control projects.
Deep understanding of environmental impacts and impacts on water resources and the aquatic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical reports and explain results clearly.
