Leads PerformanceManagement initiatives, projects, activities and functions across th Organization in line with the HumanCapital (HC) strategic goals and objectives.

Provides specialized efficientstrategic expertise on Performance Management matters.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

1- Plans, organizes and manages initiatives, projects,activities, and functions of Performance Management.

2- Develops tools and support material to help departments'leaders and their employees in the appraisal process.

3- Collaborates with Organization entities, and services,to identify areas for improvement and implement Performance Managementinitiatives.

4- Collaborates with Organization entities' leaders inidentifying areas for improvement and develops initiatives to addressidentified areas for improvement.


5- Manages the development of performance metrics aspart of a balanced scorecard approach to Performance Management in coordinationwith the concerned.

6- Designs and evaluates performance appraisal tools,processes, and tracking systems.


7- Utilizes Performance Management data/tools tounderstand and manage performance within an agreed framework of plannedgoals/objectives, standards and competencies requirements, to generate betterresults from teams and individuals.


Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.

Experience Required:


At least nine (9) years withMaster's, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor's Degree of related PerformanceManagement or Human Resources Development experience including four (4) years in a senior or supervisorycapacity is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

  • Certified Human Resources Programs and/or Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or any equivalent certificates is preferred.
  • Certified Learning and Development Professional is preferred.
