As an Office Assistant, your duties will include:

• Office upkeep: organizing and maintaining the workspace, managing office supplies, welcoming guests, and handling refreshments
  
• Documentation: managing legal and operational paperwork, data entry, invoicing, printing
  
• Research tasks
  
• Supporting the founders: providing personal assistance, managing daily schedules, and handling emails
  
• Office representation: addressing inquiries, phone calls, and emails
  

• Must exude energy
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Precise and attentive to detail with a good memory
  
• Adaptable and highly responsible
  
• Outcome-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under constraints
  
• Minimum of 2 years office administration experience or similar role
  
• Location: Dubai-based role, office situated at Damac Smart Heights, Tecom Dubai
