JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cultural and Operational Influence

  • Influence HR initiatives that support our short and longterm business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters.
  • Engage our international team members by influencing and/or deploying engagement and training initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Model and reinforce our cultural values of ownership, excellence, and ambition.
  • Act as the frontline consultant, advisor, and problem solver to people managers and employees, offering consistent and sound advice on People matters and HR policies and processes.
  • Work closely with business directors and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support with the implementation of effective training and development plans for our team members

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate management decisions and process the administrative side such as internal transfers, promotions, and visas.
  • Manage employee documentation, records and reports, including employment contracts and offer letters
  • Manage and monitor employee leaves and absences
  • Provide support for employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Support with onboarding new team members
  • Work closely with the senior members of the People/HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain HR system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support recruitment and selection processes and conduct interviews for selective roles.
  • Support the Head of HR in other HRrelated tasks, as required

What do you need to be successful in this position?

  • Previous experience within the People/HR function
  • Experience and ownership of HR Saudi government portals including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa & Mudad
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and supporting the development of others
  • The ability to think outside the box and aim for the big picture when setting priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and continuous improvement
  • A commitment to creating a diverse team that reflects the unique perspectives and experiences of our customers and communities
  • A willingness to take risks and try new things, and the ability to learn from both successes and failures
  • A sense of humor, a positive attitude, and a willingness to have fun while working hard to achieve our goals
