Job Summary
  • Assist in devising financing strategy and arrangement of long term financing in alignment with the company's CAPEX requirement.
  • Coordinate with Budgeting and Planning, commercial and Network department for the preparation of business plan. Produce liquidity scenarios based on FCF and prepare liquidity and cash flow projections.
  • Develop and analyze loan and funding models to fulfill the company's timely CAPEX needs.
  • Maintain the optimal capital structure of the company.
  • Set and maintain professional relationships with banks and credit institutions to facilitate the funding needs of the organization.
  • Monitor the creation of asset, liability and liquidity risk models and alignment with Budgeting and Planning.
  • Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.

  • Managing liquidity and risk management experience.
  • Financial analysis and business plan.
  • Management of banking relationship.
  • Automation and Treasury Policy and procedure.

  • Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
  • Set the department's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of the sector's policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
  • Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the department's employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
  • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI's are well communicated and monitored.
  • Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division's resources.
