To manage and oversee the talent acquisition process for the assigned region (International), while ensuring that the budgeted manpower needs are executed on time and in compliance with approved manpower plans, to support NOMAC in the realization of its business objectives, through its talent.


People Management:

Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.


Manpower Planning:

Coordinate with concerned departments, in conjunction with the OD Manager to assess all staffing needs, in order to facilitate the preparation of the manpower plans and budgets while ensuring that the recruitment process follows the proper channels.


Recruitment Plans and Reports:

  • Manage the preparation and presentation of timely and comprehensive recruitment plans and reports, to reflect the progress of recruitment activities against agreed plans.

Coordination of Offers and Onboarding

  • Plan and manage the onboarding and induction process for the new employees, to ensure the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that all visa, immigration and PRO related documents and approvals are completed and in place for all new hires, so that NOMAC remains compliant with legislation at all times and all employees are working legally within the company.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good relationship with external recruitment agencies, to ensure that right calibre of professionals is selected and attracted, and to guarantee that the agencies have the required knowledge about the NOMAC's needs.
  • Communicate with managers and supervisors in the business regularly to obtain a better understanding on their recruitment needs and whenever possible leverage from the internal resources and talent to fill vacant positions.

Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.


Continuous Improvement:
Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organization's standards.

Health, Safety, Security & Environment:

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.


Related Assignments:
Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.

Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of NOMAC's business and jobs
  • Good understanding of the organisation and the region
  • Expert knowhow of procedures, and internal processes pertaining to recruitment and manpower planning
  • Good Planning and organising skills
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of contracts and agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
