You will liaise with multiple functions at various levels within the business.


Ultimately being responsible for assisting in developing and coordinating the sales function as well as the maintenance and process of administration for compliance purposes.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Places and enters customer orders and ensures they are compliant with established controls and contractual agreements.
  • Handles inquiries, complaints, and issues. Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that both internal and external stakeholders are satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the response and solution.
  • Acts as a liaison between the facility, customer, and sales team to ensure the customer receives the best service on price, delivery, and quality issues.
  • Answers phones, implements price increases by preparing and mailing quotes, and enters updated prices in the data management system.
  • Helps develop and initiate project scope documentation, statements of work, technical engagements, and business requirements related to customer engagements.
  • May provide other administrative support, including, but not limited to: written and electronic correspondence; handling telephone calls and relaying messages; internal office support; scheduling meeting and travel arrangements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks or requests as required.

  • Experience of working in an ERP and or SOP business system
  • CRM experience would be an advantage Possesses basic sales support or customer service experience.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software
