    Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Can architect and design solutions on Enterprise AEM based on business requirements.
  • Estimate and implement the plan for the requirements, ensure timely delivery with desired quality.
  • Successfully integrate AEM with existing legacy systems.
  • Work closely with product owners, other stake owners.
  • Can take responsibility for the migration and maintenance of the various web properties on to AEM.
  • Work closely with internal and external Stakeholders to build Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design & Develop AEM Components, Templates, Services and Workflows using Core Java, J2EE, Sightly, AEM / Adobe CQ5, Restful web services, JQuery and SASS/SCSS.
  • Provide solutions in integrating thirdparty systems with Adobe AFM as part of overall architecture.
  • Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability and reuse
  • Guide teams on development & implementation issues.
  • Demonstrate expert problemsolving capabilities to overcome design and implement contingency to meet SLA.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Software Development/Engineering and 6+ years of experience with Adobe CQ5 (AEM) and implementing Adobe AEM/CQ5 in large scale environments.
  • Experience in Designing & Developing AEM components, templates and workflows.
  • Experience in integrating AEM with various Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Target, Analytics, DTM, Audience Manager, Campaign, Marketo etc.
  • Experience developing & consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with front end technologies including HTML, CSS, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, NPM and Grunt etc.
  • Experience working in Unit Testing tools like Junit/Mockito and Jasmine framework.
  • Experience working in AEM in AWS cloud infrastructure & best practice experience.
  • Experience in working eCommerce platform like Hybris and integration aspects with eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience integrating AEM in a Micro Service architecture platform like Nebula.
  • Must be comfortable leading teams following best practices in CI/CD and DevOps environment
  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading teams in developing full stack solutions in an agile environment.
