Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive the success of our products.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, customer empathy, and business acumen.Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. Continuously evaluate and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy.

Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research, data analysis, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform product decisions and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to release and iteration. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet customer needs.

Product Performance: Define key metrics and KPIs to track product performance and success. Analyze data regularly to assess product health, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams, executives, customers, and other stakeholders. Gather feedback and insights to continuously refine and improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and build consensus.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
